This program guided women leaders through a structured learning journey to strengthen leadership skills, self-awareness, and executive presence. Across four core sessions and a closing session, participants engaged in individual reflection, self-assessment, group exercises, and full-group discussions. Sessions explored leadership identity, authentic leadership, effective communication, executive presence, personal branding, and networking. Participants developed practical tools to overcome challenges such as imposter syndrome, align actions with personal values, communicate assertively, and build influence. The program also incorporated curated opportunities between sessions for sharing insights and maintaining momentum, ensuring participants left with actionable strategies to enhance their leadership impact.
2025 - Cross-Functional Team Engagement in the Software / High-Integrity & Embedded Systems industry for a Three-Function Senior Leadership Group (Product, Sales & Marketing, Back Office)
This workshop brought together senior leaders from product development, sales & marketing, and back-office functions to strengthen cross-functional cohesion and build a more inclusive meeting culture. Through facilitated discussion and practical exercises, participants explored the impact of silent or underrepresented voices, developed strategies to encourage broader participation, and practiced techniques that promote psychological safety and productive dialogue. 2024 - Leadership Development in the Luxury Goods / Global Consumer Brands industry for a Global Luxury Multinational Organization
This program brought together senior leaders from a global luxury group to strengthen cross-cultural effectiveness in leadership. 2023 - Equity-Driven Academic Advancement in the Higher Education / Academic Professional Development industry for a Consortium of 3 World Class Private Research Universities
This training program focused on advancing early-career engineering faculty from groups underrepresented in STEM by strengthening mentorship, fostering inclusive professional development, and driving equity-focused institutional change. Through a collaborative alliance of three world-class universities, participants gained structured support, leadership skills, access to skilled mentors and sponsors, and opportunities for SEED-funded collaborations. The program also connected faculty to a wider AGEP network, creating a sustained community of practice dedicated to transforming engineering academia into a more inclusive and equitable environment for all.
