Patricia Quiddington

Patricia Quiddington is the founder of Blue Arbor Global and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over two decades of experience at all organizational levels.

She holds post-graduate studies in Organizational Psychology, providing her with a strong base in human dynamics and organizational behavior — knowledge she applies in every coaching and facilitation engagement.

With a broad international business background, Patricia has worked across multiple sectors including consumer goods, education, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, not‑for‑profit and pharmaceuticals.

Over the years, she has consulted for corporations, institutions, private individuals, and high-net-worth families worldwide.

Fully trained in a wide array of psychometric and assessment tools, Patricia uses a robust, assessment‑based approach to coaching and facilitation.

She helps clients – from senior executives to high‑net-worth individuals and families – enhance leadership effectiveness, improve decision‑making, and build stronger, more conscious organizational culture.

As founder, she shapes Blue Arbors global vision, combining cross‑cultural sensitivity, ethical coaching practices, and deep psychological insight to support leaders and organizations in achieving meaningful, sustainable growth and impact.

Oliver Quiddington

Director, Blue Arbor Global

Oliver Quiddington is a seasoned executive coach and director at Blue Arbor Global, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience in cross‑cultural management, operations, commercial and entrepreneurial roles. He spent over 15 years leading Sales, Marketing and Revenue Teams at Accor Group in the United States and Europe.

He joined Blue Arbor in 2019 and holds a B.A. (Honours) in Economics & Politics, as well as an M.B.A. (Distinction) with a specialization in Business Strategy, SHRM, and Cross‑Cultural Leadership.

As an ICF‑accredited (ACC) coach, trained through Brown University’s Leadership Coaching program, Oliver integrates strategic business insight with coaching methodology to support leaders and teams navigating complex organizational challenges.

 In addition, he holds a Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Cornell University – underscoring his commitment to inclusive leadership.

Oliver partners with clients across sectors to drive organizational effectiveness, support leadership transitions, and foster high‑performing, culturally agile teams.
