Simona Cattabiani is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), coaching supervisor, and trainer with more than 2,000 hours of experience working with leaders and teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia. With a multicultural background—born in Rome, having lived in London, and now based in Lisbon—she brings a global, systemic perspective to leadership development. Simona spent over 20 years in corporate publishing as a joint-venture founder, Publishing Director, and entrepreneur before transitioning into coaching. Her work focuses on transformation and change, communication and conflict, leadership development, cultural diversity, and purpose-driven growth. Simona holds diplomas in Coaching Supervision and Psychology, is trained in systemic approaches, and is certified in Classic & New Code NLP, DISC, and Codevelopment Facilitation. She is currently completing an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology. Simona coaches and trains in English, Portuguese, Italian, and fluent French.
