Christine Bona is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and trainer with extensive experience guiding senior leaders and organizations through cultural transformation and human development. A former financial-industry executive, she has held leadership roles in global banks including Lloyds Bank, Crédit Agricole, and Société Générale, where she managed multicultural teams and complex organizational dynamics. Christine’s coaching integrates systemic thinking, values-based development, and anthroposophical principles to help leaders expand consciousness, strengthen alignment, and create meaningful impact. Certified in Cultural Transformation Tools (Barrett Values Centre) and trained in Systemic Team Coaching, she is also an Action Learning Coach (WIAL) and a “trainer of trainers” in Professional Codevelopment. Christine designs and facilitates mentoring and development programs that enhance collaboration, trust, and performance. She holds a degree in data processing, executive education from FGV-Brazil and Columbia Business School, and works in Portuguese, English, and conversational French and Spanish.
