Franck Lambert is a communication consultant, trainer, and former executive with two decades of experience in global financial services, information technology, and capital markets. A longtime member of the BNP Paribas Securities Services Executive Committee, he led global marketing and communication teams and played a central role in strategic initiatives including market expansion, organizational restructuring, cultural change, and crisis management. Franck’s expertise spans go-to-market strategy, executive speechwriting, sensitive communications, and employee engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked in product marketing for trading software in Paris and London and contributed to the growth of a U.S. startup. Today, Franck supports leaders in strengthening influence, shaping communication strategy, and advancing their careers. He is a certified trainer in Process Communication Method®, DISC®, and team coaching, and teaches management and leadership at EFAP in Paris. Franck holds degrees from EM Strasbourg, HEC Montréal, and an MBA from Boston College.
